We do not collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, biometric identifiers, or precise geolocation.

2
How We Use Your Information
The purposes behind our data practices

We process data only for the following purposes, relying on our legitimate interest in providing and improving the service, or with your consent where legally required:

  • Operating and improving the site โ€” understanding popular content, diagnosing issues, and optimising performance.
  • Serving and measuring advertisements โ€” displaying ads through Google AdSense and Adsterra, including interest-based ads where you have not opted out. Ad revenue keeps the site free.
  • Analytics โ€” measuring traffic patterns and user flows through Google Analytics.
  • Responding to requests โ€” using email addresses you provide to notify you when a requested game is added.
  • Legal compliance โ€” retaining records or responding to lawful requests from authorities when required by law.
  • Fraud and abuse prevention โ€” detecting invalid ad traffic, bot activity, or other policy violations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces significant legal effects on you.

3
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
What they are, who sets them, and how to control them

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. We and our advertising and analytics partners use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies that may access or store information on your device.

Managing cookies: You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling advertising cookies does not stop ads โ€” it means ads may be less relevant to you.

4
Google AdSense & Advertising
How Google uses data to serve ads on our site

We participate in Google AdSense, an advertising service by Google LLC. AdSense uses cookies and tracking technologies to:

  • Serve personalized ads โ€” Google builds an interest profile based on your browsing history and selects relevant ads.
  • Frequency capping โ€” limits how often the same ad is shown to you.
  • Remarketing โ€” ads for sites you have previously visited may appear here and vice versa.
  • Conversion tracking โ€” measures what happens after you interact with an ad.
  • Fraud prevention โ€” detects invalid clicks and impressions.
  • Aggregate reporting โ€” performance reports that do not include personally identifiable information.
โ„น๏ธ

Google's data practices for AdSense are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. See also how Google uses data when you use partners' sites.

We also display ads from Adsterra. Their practices are governed by the Adsterra Privacy Policy.

6
Game Request Form
How we handle voluntarily submitted data

We offer an optional Google Form through which you can request games to be added to the site. Use is entirely voluntary.

If you submit your email address, we use it solely to notify you when the game you requested has been added. We will not use it for marketing or share it with any third party other than Google, which hosts the form and stores responses in Google Drive.

Form responses are retained only as long as necessary to process your request. Once fulfilled or inactive, associated email addresses are deleted.

7

Our commitment to protecting minors

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.

If you are between 13 and 18, please use this site only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Our advertising partners, including Google, require that personalized advertising not be directed at users known to be under 13. Some ad features may be restricted if our site is accessed by a minor.

How we protect and how long we keep your data

International transfers: Our partners including Google may transfer your data outside the EEA. These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent safeguards.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ

If your device is detected in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, our advertising partners may request your consent before deploying advertising cookies, in accordance with the Google EU User Consent Policy.

To exercise GDPR rights, contact us as described in Section 14. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
